• Inquiry & Visit Management: We personally handle all email inquiries and manage in-person or virtual visits, guiding you in choosing the best housing solution.

• Lease Registration: We draft your lease agreement and officially register it with the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), taking care of all required tax payments.

• Official Declarations: We handle the official Declaration of Presence (Dichiarazione di Presenza) with the Florence Police Headquarters (Questura).

• Logistics Support: We coordinate with moving companies or assist with any unique arrival requirements you might have.                                                                               

2. Welcome & Settling In: The Moving Process

We support you throughout your moving journey to make you feel welcome right away:

• Personalized Check-in: We organize individual check-ins, personally ensuring that your room is clean, orderly, and perfectly ready for your arrival.

• Community Building: We will introduce you to your flatmates, fostering a welcoming, respectful, and orderly environment by promoting open dialogue and regular meetings within your apartment and the building.                                                         

3. During Your Stay & Departure: 24/7 Peace of Mind

Once you move in, our job is just beginning. We are your local point of reference in Florence at any hour:

• Maintenance & Care: We manage the overall safety, cleanliness, and order of the building. From small breakages to condominium problems, we coordinate all necessary repairs and resolve issues immediately.

• Utility & Contract Management: To save you the hassle, we manage all service contracts (utilities, internet, etc.), track consumption, and handle payments directly.

• Local Guidance & Family Support: Well-versed in local bureaucracy and the city's best spots, we provide practical advice to navigate international life. We also serve as a constant contact point for your families back home to ensure your happiness and comfort.

• Transparent Checkout: When it is time to say goodbye, we handle the checkout process with absolute efficiency, providing clear final balances to guarantee maximum transparency.
