Who We Are ?

I am Sofia Castaldo, the Property Manager for the building. My role is to ensure your student experience in Florence is serene and worry-free.

I am your main point of contact and am committed to always being available for your every need.

 I personally handle all email inquiries and manage in-person visits, guiding you in choosing the best housing solution. I take care of tax payments and the management of all service contracts (utilities, internet, etc.).

I am here to resolve any issues that arise in the apartments, from small breakages to condominium problems.

 

My goal is also to promote a harmonious and collaborative environment within the building, ensuring a pleasant coexistence among all tenants.

 

Our mission is to provide students not just a place to live and study, but a true home away from home, where they can grow academically and personally, fully enjoying the Florentine experience.
